Our commitment to digital accessibility

Our Commitment to Accessibility

Quantum Mobility is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We believe that all users, regardless of ability, should be able to access, navigate, and interact with our website and digital services effectively. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards across our digital presence.

As a provider of infrastructure-grade mobility platforms for governments, transit authorities, and public-sector organisations, we recognise the particular importance of accessible digital communications. Accessibility is not an afterthought in our work — it is a foundational principle that reflects the inclusive mobility systems we build.

Conformance Status

This website strives to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), define requirements for making web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

We acknowledge that conformance is an ongoing effort. While we work to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website simultaneously. We are committed to progressively addressing any gaps as they are identified.

Measures We Take

Quantum Mobility takes the following measures to ensure the accessibility of this website:

  • Incorporating accessibility considerations into our design and development practices from the outset
  • Conducting periodic accessibility reviews and testing against WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria
  • Using semantic HTML, appropriate heading structures, and ARIA attributes where applicable
  • Ensuring sufficient colour contrast ratios and readable typography throughout the site
  • Providing keyboard-navigable interfaces and visible focus indicators
  • Supporting user preferences for reduced motion where animations are present
  • Soliciting feedback from users to identify and resolve accessibility barriers
  • Training team members on accessibility best practices and inclusive design principles

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts to ensure accessibility of this website, some content may not yet fully meet all WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria. We are actively working to identify and remediate any areas that do not meet the required standard. Known areas of ongoing improvement include:

  • Some interactive components may have limited screen reader support pending further optimisation
  • Certain PDF documents linked from this site may not yet be fully accessible
  • Third-party content or embedded services may not conform to the same accessibility standards

We are committed to addressing these limitations as part of our continuous improvement process.
